The Calling
HOM Church was born out of a deep conviction that God is calling us to build a new community—one different from what many of us are used to, yet firmly rooted in biblical foundations.
In 2023, two unrelated families simultaneously received the conviction to start a new community in Warsaw. In both cases, this decision matured despite many external difficulties and rational reasons to wait. Yet, through internal convictions and external confirmations—including prophetic ones—God showed that it was His time and His plan.
Two communities, one vision
As a result of this decision, two separate communities were formed in 2024: one led by Noemi and Dawid, the other by Wiola and Michał. Each developed at its own pace and in its own environment until, by the end of the year, it became clear that God was leading them toward each other. The convergence of heart, vision, and direction was too clear to ignore.
Dawid Niemiec had previously served for years as a pastor in a Warsaw church, where he and his wife Noemi ministered to people—he as a pastor, she in media and the worship team. Since his theological studies, Michał Gregier has carried a desire in his heart to plant churches—not as institutions, but as living communities of people devoted to God and to one another.
The Birth of HOM Church
In early 2025, we began our journey together as one community—HOM Church. Together, we are building a Church that:

returns to biblical patterns—both in life and in structure,

relies on a team of leaders, not a single central figure,

supports people in their spiritual growth and daily lives,

is open and missional, seeking ways to reach out to others,

creates a space for authentic relationships, service, and growth.
Who We Are as a Church
We believe that the Church is not a building or a Sunday program. It is people—together, with God, in real life. Our desire is for HOM Church to be a place from which new communities will emerge—in Warsaw, in Poland, and perhaps even further.
