Our Ministries and Activities

At Hom Church, we believe that ministries shouldn't just be departments "to be filled." Our desire is to build a Church that serves people—not a structure. The focus must always be on the individual, their calling, and what God is leading them to do.

We don't want to create activities "for the sake of it"—we want to build living ministries that are meaningful, bear fruit, and respond to the needs of the people and the city we live in.

The role of leaders is not to come up with a vision and enlist people to carry it out. Our task is to help people discover their calling and then support them in fulfilling it within the Church—and beyond.

We are building a Church that has an impact not because a lot is happening, but because what is happening is meaningful and brings life.

Home Groups

The foundation of our Church is home groups—small groups that meet in homes. This is where most of the relationships, support, and real companionship in life with God happen. We believe this is not an addition to the Church—it is its core.

In a warm, home-like context, we learn together, pray, and share our lives. Several such groups are currently active in Warsaw, with more in preparation. It's a place where spiritual growth and pastoral care are truly a part of daily life.

Sunday Meetings

Every Sunday, we gather for a joint celebration. It is a time of worship, teaching, and being together as a larger community.

The meetings usually take place at 4:00 PM at Galeria Bemowo and last about two hours. We want it to be more than just a program—but a place to encounter God and one another. That's why time for conversation, prayer, and coffee after the meeting is also an important part.

Prayer

Prayer is our foundation. We meet every week, usually on Tuesdays, to pray together for the Church, the city, and people who need support.

In addition, we organize other prayer meetings—both in homes and individually. We want prayer to be not an add-on, but a natural rhythm of the community's life.

Evangelism

Among us are many people with a heart for sharing the Gospel. We believe the Church should be outwardly focused, not closed off in its own activities.

Therefore, we look for various ways to reach people—through conversation, street presence, and practical help. We are open to new ideas and want to move forward in this area.

Worship

We believe God is leading us to transform the culture of worship—one that is less focused on the stage, lights, or production, and more on substance, simplicity, and the presence of God.

We want the center of worship to be Jesus—not the form. That's why sometimes our worship is just one guitar or piano and a heart that longs for Him.

Ministry for Foreigners

God has placed on our hearts the people who have come to Warsaw from other cultures—especially from South America, but not exclusively.

Many of them are here alone, often without family and friends. We want to be an open place for them—both spiritually and practically. We organize meetings and initiatives aimed at providing genuine companionship in daily life—regardless of where they are on their faith journey.

Children's Ministry

Every Sunday, we run activities for children in a separate space, parallel to the main meeting. We want children to associate church with joy, safety, and warm relationships—but also to have a real space to get to know Jesus from an early age.

This is not just a time for play and activities—it's a time of spiritual growth, tailored to the age and sensitivity of children.

We believe that children don't have a "demo version" of the Holy Spirit. He works in their hearts just as He does in adults—He speaks, touches, and leads. That's why we take these meetings seriously as an integral part of the Church's life—a place where truly deep and important things can happen.

Media

We believe the truths God places in our hearts are not just for us. That's why we also try to communicate them through media—so they can reach those who may never step inside a church.

We create content with both believers and those who are still searching for answers in mind.

Women's and Men's Ministry

We are also committed to building relationships and community among women and men. We organize regular meetings, breakfasts, themed evenings, and outings—simply a space where you can be yourself, share life, and grow together.

We believe that personal relationships are one of the most important tools for spiritual growth—and we want to consciously nurture them.
