Our Values

These are not empty slogans, but principles we strive to follow every day. They are our guide in building the Church, relationships, and in our personal lives with God.

1. Living close to God – every day

For us, faith is not an addition to life—it is its foundation. We want to build our lives around a relationship with God, not around programs or events.

  • We seek His presence every day, not just on Sunday.
  • We believe that relying on His Word, prayer, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit are key in every decision—both personal and communal.
  • We trust that God is actively at work today, and we want to be open to His voice and guidance.

2. Authenticity and simplicity over form

We don't care about the "wow" effect—we care about the truth.

  • We want to talk about God in a simple, understandable way, without religious jargon.
  • We believe that sincere worship can happen anywhere—even with just one guitar.
  • We don't need a stage or lights to experience God—we need His presence.

3. Growth and discipleship

Faith is a journey, not a starting point.

  • We want to help each other grow—spiritually, emotionally, and in life.
  • Discipleship is not a course—it's a relationship, a shared journey where we learn from Jesus and from each other.
  • We believe that everyone can grow and influence their surroundings—there are no "passive" believers.

4. The Church is a community, not a stage

We don't build around one person, but around people.

  • Community is about relationships, not programs. We want to know each other, support each other, and be there for each other.
  • We form a team of leaders who make decisions together—no one "manages the Church from the top."
  • Leaders are not celebrities. Their role is to help others grow and serve.

5. A Church for the city, not for itself

We believe the Church exists to serve others.

  • We want to reach people who don't yet know God—through relationships, actions, and our presence in the city.
  • We help in practical ways—if needed, we organize support, assistance, prayer, and an open home.
  • We serve not only "our own" but also foreigners, immigrants, and those who are lonely or in need.

6. Flexibility and obedience over rigid structure

We don't have ready-made templates. We want to listen to God and adapt to real needs.

  • We don't copy one church model. We look for forms that work best in a given place and time.
  • We don't start ministries if there are no people for them. We don't act for the sake of acting—we act when we see meaning and fruit.
  • We are open to change—if something isn't working, we are able to stop it.

7. All of life with God, not just the "spiritual part"

We believe that faith encompasses every area of life.

  • We want to live life to the fullest—not for ourselves, but for God.
  • We talk about repentance, new life, baptism, and the guidance of the Spirit—not as theory, but as daily reality.
  • We look at life from the perspective of eternity—we know where we are heading.
