Leadership Team

In our community, we don't have one main person who makes all the decisions. Instead, we are building a team of leaders—people who share responsibility for the Church, support one another, and seek direction together. We believe that it is Jesus who builds His Church, just as He promised. Below, we introduce the people who currently form our leadership team.

Noemi and Dawid Niemiec

Noemi & Dawid Niemiec

Noemi and Dawid have been married since 2020. During this time, they have not only created a home full of life but also welcomed four children—yet they haven't lost their heart for ministry and their commitment to building the Church. Both come from families of faith, and Dawid's love for community and care for the Church comes directly from home—his parents are pastors, and he has been close to community life since a young age. Dawid is a graduate of History Makers University in Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Ministry.

Dawid carries a desire for Church reform—not as a slogan, but as a real transformation that leads back to biblical roots. His dream is a community that lives not just for itself but is present outwardly—in the world, in relationships, in people's daily lives.

Noemi, in turn, has a heart for worship. She is a musician by education, but her approach to music in the Church goes beyond just sounds or production. For her, the center of worship is Jesus—not the form, not the lights, not the script, but an authentic encounter with God. Noemi also has a great sense of aesthetics and works creatively in social media, combining simplicity of message with a distinct, thoughtful design.

Wiola and Michał Gregier

Wiola & Michał Gregier

Wiola and Michał have been married for 23 years. They are parents to two teenagers, with whom they share daily life, faith, and many conversations. They live with a dog that greets every guest with great enthusiasm—regardless of the time of day.

For over 27 years, they have walked with God, and at various stages of life—both the easier and the more difficult ones—faith has been what gave them meaning and direction. Over the years, they have been part of various communities: from small groups of a few people to large churches with several hundred members. Their experience in both Baptist and charismatic environments has taught them that the most important things are relationships—with God and with people—not style or form.

Michał graduated from theology at the Warsaw Theological Seminary (WBST). He combines theological thinking with a practical approach to life and community building. He enjoys explaining difficult things in a simple way, but he also thinks strategically and looks for what can be created anew. On a daily basis, he develops startups and leads projects that often start from scratch.

Wiola brings depth, care, and understanding to relationships. She is a prophetic person with a shepherd's heart—with a unique intuition that allows her to see more and hear deeper. Professionally, she works in a foundation, supporting children from orphanages.
