About Us - The Identity of HOM Church

HOM Church is a community of people who want to live with God in a conscious and profound way. Formally, we are part of the Church of God in Christ (Kościół Boży w Chrystusie - KBWCH) – a Protestant, charismatic denomination belonging to the evangelical movement in Poland.

We are rooted in the evangelical Protestant tradition, yet we are open to relationships with other Christian communities – including those from different traditions. We believe that the true unity of the Church transcends denominational divisions and begins where hearts are devoted to Jesus.

The Beginnings of Our Community

Our story dates back to 2024, when two couples – Dawid and Noemi Niemiec, and Michał and Wiola Gregier – independently received very similar guidance from God. A conviction grew in their hearts that they should start a new community in Warsaw – a Church that would be alive, dynamic, and ready to multiply in the city, the country, and perhaps even beyond its borders.

Initially, two separate churches were formed, which merged at the end of the same year with a shared vision. Since the beginning of 2025, we have been operating together as HOM Church.

Leadership at HOM Church

The church is led by a team of leaders, not a single individual. We make decisions together, with respect for one another and for what God has placed within us.

Dawid & Noemi Niemiec

Noemi and Dawid have been married since 2020 and are parents to four children. They have been involved in building the Church for years – Dawid as a pastor with a heart for church reform and community life, and Noemi as a worship leader and the person responsible for the Church's communication and media.

Dawid completed his theological studies at History Makers University in Florida and has been connected with church communities since his youth. Noemi, a musician by education, sees worship as an encounter with Jesus – authentic and simple. Their home is an open space – a place for relationships, conversations, rest, and genuine hospitality.

Michał & Wiola Gregier

Wiola and Michał have been married for over 20 years and are parents to two teenagers. For many years, they have been accompanying people in their spiritual growth, combining experience from Baptist and charismatic communities. Michał is a theologian and entrepreneur – he combines strategic thinking with a passion for building the Church from the ground up.

Wiola brings depth, a prophetic perspective, and pastoral care; professionally, she supports children from orphanages. Together, they create a home where relationships are paramount – along with a good cup of tea during a conversation on the couch.

Relational Nature of the Community

HOM Church is not based on events or a stage. It is a community of people where relationships are paramount – real, sincere, built in everyday life. The key element of our life is home groups, which meet to pray together, share life, get to know God, and support one another.

We want to build a Church that creates space for people, not for a program. We don't organize ministries for the sake of structure – we believe that ministry is born from a calling, not from an organizational need. Our goal is to help people discover and develop what God is calling them to do.

The Holy Spirit and Authenticity

We are open to the work of the Holy Spirit and expect His presence and movement. At the same time, we do not want to pretend or create pressure. We believe in the supernatural – but not for show. We want to be a Church where one can grow in truth and freedom – even when something is still a process.
